With the new Gardaland Express App, you can fast-track your entrance to the rides and attractions!
Have you purchased the time-savers passes Gardaland Express/Single Ride,
or have season passes which include them?
To access the attractions, you need to use the new Gardaland Express App!
Save time with the new Gardaland Express App; use it to reserve your turn on rides in a quick and easy way. How? It’s really easy:
- Download the app
- Accept the consent requests for NFC, push notifications and camera
- Go to the “Express” section and link your Express ticket or season/membership pass by framing the QR code. If you wish to add other people to the queue with you, link their tickets or season/membership pass as well.
- In the “Attractions” section, choose the ride you wish to go on, select the people you wish to add, and click “Join the queue”
- Around 5 minutes before your turn, you will receive a notification telling you that “It’s almost your turn!”. Move towards the ride and you will then receive a message saying “It’s your turn”; go to the Gardaland Express entrance and rest your smartphone on the turnstile to gain access. Near the entrance to the ride, where relevant, rest your smartphone also on the second turnstile. Have fun!
