Some useful information:
Free admission is reserved for all visitors on the exact day of their birthday, upon presentation of a valid identity document.
A valid identity document stating your date of birth must be presented. An ID card, passport or driving licence are all accepted.
Reservations are not necessary. Simply present yourself at the Info Welcome desk with your valid identity document.
Unfortunately not, free admission is only valid on days when the park is open.
No, the ticket is valid for one admission to Gardaland Park only.
Take the opportunity to double the fun: come and enter free on your birthday, and use the ticket you have already purchased for a second admission.
Yes, but only the birthday boy or girl gets in for free. Accompanying persons must purchase a ticket.
No, the initiative is only valid for one free entry per year, on your birthday.
Of course: if you buy one of our packages and actually celebrate your birthday at the time in question, admission is free. Park admission tickets for other visitors in the party are not included in the package. If you need tickets, please indicate this in your request - you can take advantage of a special price. Tickets are to be confirmed at the time of booking.
In all hotel+ticket packages, we offer the second admission ticket to the Park free of charge. For this reason, an additional ticket is not necessary on your birthday. Moreover, this initiative cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.
