All guests access the Gardaland Resort hotel complex through the main entrance located in Via Palù 1/A (Castelnuovo del Garda - 37014 VR).
The individual reception areas can only be accessed on foot. We therefore advise you to park your car, check in, and collect your luggage from your vehicle only when your room is ready.

At Gardaland Hotel, the check-in is smart!
SMART CHECK-IN is now available at Gardaland Hotel: a new procedure for registering and handing over keys, in total autonomy without unnecessary queueing.
Once you have received the booking confirmation email, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Online check-in
- Check your email: after receiving the booking confirmation, a new email will be sent to you from onlineregistration.gardaland.it.
- Click on the link in the email and perform the MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE. You will need the reservation holder’s identity document details and the following information for each person in the booking:
- Name
- Surname
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
STEP 2: Room-ready notification
On the day of your arrival at Gardaland Resort, you will receive the room-ready notification by email and SMS: from that moment on, you can go to the hotel to collect the keys and access your room. If the notification comes to you while you are in the Park or elsewhere, don’t worry; you can show up at the hotel any time before 11.59 pm.
STEP 3: Key collection
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you will find an operator at the reception desk who will register your arrival and enable you to collect the keys from the automatic totem.
- Follow the simple instructions displayed on the automatic totem, collect your keys and... have a good stay!
The reception staff is always at your disposal 24 hours a day throughout your stay, ready to assist you with any need or request.
PLEASE NOTE:
Online check-in and smart check-in are mandatory procedures for any stay at Gardaland Hotel. If you stay at Gardaland Adventure Hotel or Gardaland Magic Hotel, you can choose between smart check-in or traditional Reception check-in.
Cashless hotels
To make your stay at a Gardaland Resort hotel simpler and easier, it is possible to make solely electronic payments with cards (credit card, debit card, or pre-paid card), pass-through wallet, or cashless wristband. The personal cashless wristband means you don’t need to carry a payment card with you, and it can be collected, free of charge, during the check-in process. It can be topped up, quickly and safely, with cash or payment card at any time, thanks to the designated stations located in each of our hotels (Gardaland Hotel and Magic Hotel reception areas, Tutankhamon Restaurant). Any remaining credit can be spent up to the last open day of the current Hotel season. Alternatively, it is possible to have your credit returned by the end of the season, using the totem machine at the Gardaland Hotel reception desk.

The Wi-Fi connection to the "Gardaland Guest" network is free of charge, and requires access through one's Facebook account, Twitter account or upon user registration.
Near Gardaland Hotel there is an outdoor fitness area divided into cardio workout and strength training zones. It is always recommended that individuals be healthy when using the gym and wear clothing appropriate for amateur sports. Please take note of the regulations posted on-site.
Vending machines for cold drinks are available in all halls, located inside or outside the hall on the ground floor.
An outdoor agility area dedicated to Fido is available near Gardaland Hotel. Find out about the area regulations here.
A shop with Gardaland and LEGO® gadgets, toiletries and body care products is available in the Gardaland Hotel lobby.
