Paid room services

Available from Monday to Friday, on request and subject to a surcharge indicated on the form in the room (inside the cupboard).
Please place the linen to be washed in the bag provided inside your wardrobe; complete the form and contact Reception for collection by 11am.
Cleaned garments are scheduled to be returned the following day, by 12 noon, subject to availability of the supplier.
No express delivery available.

Minibar: the minibar is filled on demand for a fee of € 22.00 with 1 sweet snack and 1 savoury snack, plus a selection of soft drinks. Service available from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. by calling the Wonder Bar (extension 421).

Breakfast in the room costs € 16.00 per adult and € 12.00 per child (3-12 years), if breakfast is not included in the room rate.
The surcharge for room delivery is € 10.00 per delivery per room.
The room delivery service runs from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m.
Orders must be placed by the evening before (11 p.m.) by contacting reception.

You can bring your faithful friend on holiday. We accept 1 dog per room (max. 30 kg, excluding suites and themed rooms at Gardaland Hotel). The supplement includes a welcome cookie on arrival, a kennel and double bowl in the room, access to the dog area and to the hotel's public areas, excluding bars and restaurants and the water pools. Swimming caps: swimming caps must be worn. Guests may use their own swimming cap or purchase one on-site at the cost of € 7.
Pool towels: for those staying at Gardaland Adventure Hotel and Gardaland Magic Hotel, towels are included free of charge during the stay. For those staying at Gardaland Hotel, pool towels can be rented at a cost of €2 per towel. It is also possible to use your own beach towels.
