Food allergies & intolerances

Please inform our staff of any type of allergy or intolerance before placing your order. While every precaution is taken to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchens handle ingredients which contain allergens including nuts and gluten. Our staff can provide information only about 14 common allergens. Please note that made-to-order food is not provided for coeliacs: in accordance with ISO 22000 certification, as well as for safety reasons, it is only possible to offer sealed dishes from certified external suppliers that are heated up on demand.

If you follow a specific diet (for religious, ethical or cultural reasons), or suffer from allergies and/or intolerances, please contact our hotel Customer Care prior to your arrival in order to find the best catering solution for you.

Please note that Kosher cuisine or Halal-certified products are not available in our hotels.

Baby Food Point

In our hotel restaurants (Wonder Restaurant from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Tutankhamon Restaurant from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 5.30 p.m. to 11 p.m.) you will find a special self-service point for baby food, equipped with a hotplate, microwave and crockery, where you can prepare your child's meal quickly and safely at any time.
You can use the Baby Food Point facilities (hotplate, microwave) at the Wonder Restaurant and the Tutankhamon Restaurant to prepare baby food even when the restaurants are not open to the public. If you use your own ready-made food/formula, make sure they are properly packaged and well stored. Always check expiry dates. You will also find a vending machine dedicated to babies at Gardaland Hotel.

The equipment includes:

• a microwave
• an induction hob with saucepans for cooking
• bottle warmer
• two thermos flasks with low-mineral water for cooking.
