Smart Check-in at Gardaland Hotel
Smart check-in is available at Gardaland Hotel, offering online check-in only, through a link sent via email before your arrival at the hotel. The online check-in procedure is mandatory and allows you to activate the room-ready notification by email and SMS, by which the guest can access the automatic totem and collect the keys. At Gardaland Adventure Hotel and Gardaland Magic Hotel, on the other hand, you can choose between traditional check-in with a staff member or smart check-in at the automatic totem. In the case of traditional check-in with a staff member, from 3pm you can go to Reception to receive the room keys.

During your stay in our hotels, you can only make electronic payments: with cards (credit card, debit card, or pre-paid card), pass-through wallet, or cashless wristband. The cashless wristband can be topped up (also using cash) at the designated stations.
